DESCRIPTION :- Zircon Slim Tea The organic estate of Slim tea year gives us exquisite teas that seem to garner fine aspects from the beauty that surround it. This green is sweet from the vegetation of the terroir and has a smooth and light texture. Pleasing to the palate, the cup is also brisk which adds a bit of character and makes you want to sip more. Hints of raw fruits rise an fall to make the sweet liquor more lively and balanced. The palate is left with a mildly cool aftertaste.

LIQUOR AROMA :- Lifted notes of fresh legumes, spinach with mild roasted hints

APPEARANCE :- ale greenish-yellow

TASTE :- The liquor is light-bodied, brisk and quite smooth. A pleasant vegetal length, similar to green beans, peas and spinach can be perceived at the start and gradually grows into prominence as you make your way into the cup. Furtive raw fruity notes come in briefly around the edges; rendering more vivacity an depth to an otherwise sweet green experience. A raw cucumber-like note can be picked up towards the end; which lingers on in the aftertaste.

COMPLEMENTS :- Cucumber sandwich, garden salad, ricotta cheese, ravioli and quiche

DRY LEAF AROMA :- Slight toasty, forest greens, dry grass with soft note of ferns and earthy intonations

APPEARANCE :- Lightly rolled, mix of short blackish-green leaves with stems

INFUSION AROMA :- Vegetal, wet earth and hints of citrusy notes
