  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at tea@zirconshop.in with product images.
  • Quality Issues: If you believe the product is not up to quality standards, you must inform us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns Are Not Accepted For:
    • Open or used tea packs.
    • Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
    • Orders placed under discounts or promotions.

Return Process:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return if applicable.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
